Olga Caro is a Mechanical Engineer in Jacksonville Florida. Olga has worked on a variety of projects in the construction industry such as but not limited to Education, Retail, Business, Military and Aerospace projects. Olga strives to bring creativity to her mechanical/plumbing engineering designs.

Olga Caro is a Mechanical Engineer in Jacksonville Florida. Olga has worked on a variety of projects in the construction industry such as but not limited to Education, Retail, Business, Military and Aerospace projects. Olga strives to bring creativity to her mechanical/plumbing engineering designs.
Olga has been a mentor in the "ACE" program for several years and has influenced many young minds to think outside the box and has been a role model to young girls looking to be an engineer. Olga was on the board of local ASHRAE chapter as the recruitment chair.
Olga has a passion for painting and drawing. She uses this creativity to work along side the architects & interiors designers to help everyone achieve a successful project. Olga has worked for many top firms in the industry such as RS&H, Syska Hennessy, Matern Engineering and has a proven track record in the design & construction industry.
Both Olga & Mauricio have built up many close friendships in the design industry and have the ability to introduce great designers with specific skills into any project that requires it. "We are excited to grow our design firm into a larger diverse family in the near future." - Olga Caro Ramos.

Mauricio Caro "Mo" is a licensed architect in Jacksonville Florida. "Mo" brings a unique approach to architectural design due to his background in Arts & his passion to introduce a unique & modern approach to architecture. Mauricio's years of experience, not only in design, but within the design community, have made him one of the up
Mauricio Caro "Mo" is a licensed architect in Jacksonville Florida. "Mo" brings a unique approach to architectural design due to his background in Arts & his passion to introduce a unique & modern approach to architecture. Mauricio's years of experience, not only in design, but within the design community, have made him one of the up and coming designers in Northeast Florida. Mauricio has design experience in Business, Education, Military, Transportation and Interior Fit out projects. His approach during design is to establish a relationship with clients, contractors and design consultants in order to bring everyone's vision alive. Mauricio is a big proponent on using new technology such as Revit, Lumion, Sketch Up, Navisworks/BIM Glue to help the projects move efficiently and avoid any set backs.
Mauricio is always active in the Design community, donating his time to help the local AIA Jacksonville chapter with social media, events and enjoys participating in their activities. In addition, Mauricio has been a mentor in the "ACE" program. This program helps introduce "Architecture, Construction and Engineering" fields to local high school kids who will eventually follow this as a career path.
Mauricio & Olga are married. They have a beautiful family of 5 (Son, Daughter and Labrador).
